I believe very much in vitamin supplamentation. In today's world people are not getting the proper nutrition that is recommended. About six years ago my brother brought to my parents attention of a vitamin line called Isotonix. Isontonix means same pressure as your blood, sweat and tears. The cool thing about this, is it is in a liquid form which means, it gets into your system within 5 to ten minutes after taking. Unlike a pill which can take up to 4-8 hours. There are many vitamins that are in this form( Calcium, Vitamin C, B-complex, Orac, and OPC-3.) I take each of these products and each week I will fill you in on what they offer your body.
